Clare runs a very successful business selling custom made ArtBoxes and LightBoxes for customers all over the world. 

Clare’s business was doing very well, but her Wix website was struggling to cope with the increase in traffic. And while people were visiting, they weren’t converting into sales leaving her feeling frustrated.

Clare didn’t feel like she could dedicate the time or had the expertise to do anything drastic to the site herself. It was having a massive impact on both sales, but also her enthusiasm for her own business.

After a free discovery call with Clare, AmeenDigital were able to quickly identify the issues with the current website, her needs and wishes, and put together a proposal based on one of our packages.

Following our call, we provided Clare with some examples of how her new site could look. Clare opted for a new minimalistic designed website that showcased her products in an easy to navigate gallery and also highlighted her excellent customer testimonials.

Thinking toward the future, Clare also wanted to embrace automation within her website. She wanted to ensure that customers orders and queries could be processed quickly, efficiently and to remove much of the administrative process that was currently in place.

From her requests, we were able to create a bespoke form that automatically sends enquiries to the right colleague in order to improve communication and efficiency.

We also set Clare up with a brand new web hosting account that would continue to support the increase in international enquiries, she was receiving. Added to a content delivery network, we were able to ensure that her website loads quickly anywhere in the world, without compromising on website speed.

On top of this we implemented an email migration service so that no emails were lost and there was no downtime to the company when we switched over the website hosting.

Clare now has a website that she is proud of, that operates super fast and is incredibly easy for her to maintain. Sales from the website are now automated, meaning Clare and her team can focus on running the business and ensuring that customers are happy!
