How many websites does one subscription cover?

Our monthly plans support only one WordPress website. However, you are more than welcome to have a separate subscription for any additional sites you wish to cover.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Sure, you can switch between any of our plans at any time. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next renewal date.

Do you offer one time services?

If you don’t need a monthly plan and require a one time fix, please contact us for a competitive quote.

Is my information kept secure?

Absolutely yes. All website or hosting information and passwords are transmitted and encrypted through our Secure Server SSL certificates. Passwords and related sensitive details will never be sent via email. Also, all information provided to us is visible by our team on an “as needed” basis only. They will only see the login information to the website that you open the ticket for. This means that they cannot see it at any other time nor browse through our login information database, ensuring your information is kept securely.

ARE THERE ANY CATCHES, HIDDEN FEES, TERM CONTACTS OR SETUP FEES?

No, none at all. Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and there are no hidden fees or extra charges. All you will ever need to pay is your monthly subscription charge.

Are there any limits to the tasks you will do?

To help make sure we can keep all of our clients happy, our monthly packages only include small fixes and jobs. This means that 30 minute tasks are in scope and larger, more complex projects are out of scope e.g. these would all be included – adding a new page or link to the menu, adjusting CSS, adding a new WordPress plugin, optimising a page for an SEO keyword.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards along with bank transfers. All online payments are processed through Stripe.

Why do you only support WordPress websites?

Nobody can be a master of all trades. We have worked with WordPress websites exclusively since the beginning. As WordPress experts, this gives us a unique advantage when it comes to knowledge, expertise and efficiency. We prefer to specialise in a specific area and be confident we can fulfil all of your technical support requirements as best and as fast as possible.

Can you provide support for complex issues as well as simple troubleshooting?

Our developers and system administrators are capable of tackling any type of technical problem regardless of its complexity. The time that it takes to solve any complex issues may be slightly longer, however, we do provide support for both.

How long does a task take to complete?

For members of our Basic plan, we strive to complete individual support requests within 24 hours. Standard plan users will see response times of 12 hours and Premium plan users will see response times of 8 hours.
